  3. Synopsis: Sets the plot range in y.

  5. Syntax: yrange ( start, end, I )

  9.     Sets the plot range in y in the I:th plot-window. 
  10.     The y-axis will start at "start" and end at "end".
  11.     
  12.     If 'I' is not specified the default plot-window (0) is used.
