The module 'WinSupport' is in the Public domain, therefore you are free to use, copy and distribute it to your friends as long as you observe the following conditions.
1). The module (compiled code, source code & documentation) is under Copyright and remains my intellectual property at all times. I reserve the right to remove them from the Public Domain at any time if these condition are being abused or for any other reason.
2) The software may not be sold for commercial gain, although I do consider it reasonable for Public Domain software libraries to change a small amount (under £3.00) to cover expences incured in distributing the software eg. cover work, advertising, the disc the software is supplied etc.
Profesional programmers/Software houses are welcome to use the module in their software as long as they get in touch with me to negotiate a reasonable commision (either a fixed sum or a percentage of the royalties proportional to the size of the module and program).
3) You are welcome to make as many copies as you like as long as they are restricted to ONE workstation only. To use it on more that one workstation or Network, a site licence is necessary. Please get in touch with me to negotiate this. It will not be expensive (about £10), dependant on number of workstations.
4) If you find a bug, please report it to me. If you send me a bug I will give you free registration.
5) Any modifications of the code/documentation are sent to me for checking and allocation of a version number.
6) If you use this module in public domain software, you properly acknowledge the fact and being the conditions contained within this fileto the attention of anyone using your software. Also, It wouldn't it be nice of you to send me a copy?
