  4. This is a very simple application that issues an *ACCESS command
  5. to unlock a file or directory. It provides a (quicker) alternative
  6. to using the "Access" option of the directory window menu.
  7.  
  8. Drag a file or directory to the !Lock icon on the icon bar to
  9. unlock it (see also the !Lock application).
  10.  
  11. The "ACCESS" command options are held in the !CmdOpts file and
  12. are set to "WR" in this file as distributed.
  13.  
  14. Note that RISC OS 3 provides a very much improved 'Access' option
  15. on the filer menu, making this application redundant.
