-
- !AddLabel is a small program to print addresses onto address labels. To use
- it you must load in the standard size address label (tractor feed) into your
- dot-matrix printer. I say dot matrix printer, it might work with other types
- of printer but I had no way of testing it.
-
- Enter the text to appear on the label in the white space. There are 7 lines
- 25 spaces long. If anyone has any different size of label, let me know and
- I will change the program to cope with them. When you have entered the text,
- set the icon containing the number of copies to how ever many you want to
- print, and click on the OK icon (rather large isn't it). Make sure that your
- printer is on-line, plugged in, turned on etc because if it is not the
- program will crash.
-
- On the menu there are 2 options apart from the usual Info and Quit.
- The first, Options, leads to dialogue box, from here you can save/load the
- current label (you can only save one label at present, but in future
- releases I hope to have a Save box). The background printing option is not
- worth having on if you are printing less than 10 copies, as this takes no
- time at all. Although it says background printing, it is only a very limited
- form of the word. The other option, Clear, simply clears the current label.
- If you would like to print more than 99 labels, write to me and I will
- change the program.
