This program must be distributed with Archive’1, if it is seperated it
becomes Copyright and illegal to distribute (but why you would want to do
that is beyond me!). All Articles are Copyright to their writers and may not
be reproduced without permission. All logos are used with permission of the
owner (so there!).
How to use
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
This is a very simple (very, very simple) interface to use. First Double
click on the Spectrum icon (you must have run Archive’1 first). It will
place itself on the Icon Bar and open the main window. In this window there
are a number of options click on the reqired option to view the Article.
While the Article is being viewed you may notice some characters at the top
right of the screen:
>> - Tells you there is another page
[] - This is the last page and you will be returned to the Desktop.
To advance a page Click a mouse button. This may be slow but that should
improve in time.
Display Program
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
This Magazine was ment to have been written using MEditate, but I wrote my
own (which is why its crap) so that all programing on this disc will be done
by members of Sounds Riscy. Please report any bugs (and there are many) to
me (although this program has been scraped already!). The full Multi-Tasking
version should be ready for the next Issue!

If you would like to review a PD program, write an Article then write it as
a Text file and send it on an 800k or 1.6Meg disc to me (Russ) in return you will get your work in the Mag and your disc sent back full of PD software.

Non-PD Articles

Although Spectrum is mostly a PD disc mag we will cover Non-PD articles,
we have an interesting article about Acorn computers in Education coming up.
If you would like to write such an Article then go for it. We will print
just about anything at the moment (within reason).
Adverts

Adverts are free (well a disc of PD, which will be returned) and can be any
length, if you want to advertise a commercial product then we can come to
some arrangment. You can either have your address printed or go through me
(but you will have to pay for the postage!). I'm sure that these terms are
reasonable if you don't agree then tell me why and I will cahnge them if
