  1. Licence Agreement

  3. Note : by running this program you incur this agreement.
  4.  
  5. This application is supplied free to everyone 'as is', I 
  6. do not give any guarantee that it is free of bugs, or 
  7. supply any warranty about its suitability for use. However 
  8. if there are any problems with it and you notify me of 
  9. them then I will do my best to rectify them given the time 
  10. and the ability. 
  11.  
  12. You are may give this application to anyone, via any 
  13. medium, so long as :- 
  14.  
  15. 1) It is delivered with ALL the supplied files and 
  16.    unaltered (take a backup before using it)
  17.  
  18. 2) It is not supplied on a disc you are charging for 
  19.    (except for media and postage costs). 
  20.  
  21. 3) It is an unregistered copy, i.e. one without a 'User'
  22.    icon in the Info window.(Registered copies cannot be
  23.    distributed by anyone except the author)
  24.  
  25. 4) It is not supplied on an Illusions disc (I do not
  26.    care for people who threaten to use viruses as
  27.    software protection)
  28.  
  29. If you wish to use these routines in a program that is
  30. for sale (for however much and for whatever reasons) or
  31. released as copyright material then my express permission
  32. in writing must be obtained. I maintain copyright on all
  33. the material supplied and reserve the right to amend these
  34. conditions in cases where I deem misuse. 
  35.  
  36. If you wish to use FontControl for over 30 days, then please
  37. send a donation of at least £5 to the author. If you do not
  38. send the fee then you will not be eligible for newer versions
  39. of the program.

  49. ****************** TO RUN FONTCONTROL *************************
  50. Now you have read this agreement, copy the !Run file in the root
  51. directory of this disc inside the !FontCtrl directory. Open the
  52. !FontCtrl dir by holding down shift and double-clicking on the
  53. icon, the hold down shift and drag the !Run file next to the
  54. license file to the window with !Boot, !Help, !Run and !Sprites
  55. etc. in it.
