Drag a directory folder off the filer display window onto the green !Info 'i' icon. A window will open showing the top layer of the information.
To load another data structure when one is already open:
Load the structure in the same way as mentioned above. The previous display will be closed and discarded
To Close a data structure:
To close a structure, click on the close icon (the 'x') in the top left hand corner of the window. If a window displaying a sprite, drawfile or text from the display you have just closed is still opened, close this in the same way.
To display an object in the display window:
Just click on the icon. It may be the case that there is another level of choice associated with the icon you have just clicked, if this is the case, another display window will be opened giving the choice, one layer deeper into the data. (see file 'datastruc')
If the object you clicked can be displayed immediately, an information window will open displaying the information. In all cases, the window will open as big as possible, but often it will be neccesary to scroll through the information.
To go back up the data structure:
Click select or adjust on the arrow attached onto the bottom of the display window or call up the menu by clicking menu in a display window, information window or on the !Info icon and select the 'Last Menu' option. Alternatively, clicking Adjust on the close icon in a display window has the same effect.
To go to the top of the data structure:
Click select or Adjust on the arrow pointing to a vertical line on the bottom of the display window or select the 'First Window' option on the menu.
To Quit
Open The menu by pressing the menu button on a infomation window, a display window or the green !info icon and select the 'Quit'
