  1. internal is the fixed internal driver
  2. internal2 is an internal driver to be used with the ii_dual
  3.   driver - on polls it issues the swi to select port 0 (ie
  4.   the internal port) so it fights correctly with the ii
  5.   board.
  6. ii_dual is the intelligent interfaces driver for v2.xx boards.
  7.   only for things that issue driver_polls eg bink, arcbbs.
  8.   arcterm doesn't (the ii_dual/internal2 are only a temporary fix)
