  5. This disc contains four archives:-
  6.  
  7.         Docs            Documentation (inc. Tutorials) in text-file format
  8.         Examples        Example databases (!Friends, !Elements, !Boxes)
  9.         MailMerge       Sample documents to demonstrate mail-merging
  10.         PrintLabel      Label-printing application
  11.  
  12. Using the files directly from the archives is not recommended. Proceed as
  13. follows:-
  14.  
  15.         (a) Run !ArcFS.
  16.         (b) Double-click on an archive to open it.
  17.         (c) Drag the contents of the archive into a suitable directory on
  18.             another floppy or, better still, on a hard disc.
  19.  
  20. The file !Tutorials (in Docs) contains a Quick tutorial for complete
  21. beginners and a slightly more advanced one for more experienced users who
  22. are new to Powerbase. Each tutorial makes used of one of the databases in
  23. Examples: !Friends in the case of the Quick tutorial and !Elements in the
  24. case of the longer one.
