  1. RiscOS 3.1 allows the 16 Wimp colours to be dithered so that they match the
  2. available palette colours as best as possible. This works well when using 4
  3. colour modes or 256 colour modes with a graphics enhancer. Unfortunately
  4. there is no Configure command provided. Run the two commands provided to
  5. activate this feature.
