  7.     This is a very simple application for picking a set of window tools. 6 new sets are provided. The set entitled '3d' is by Chris Marshall. The 'Chrome' and 'Weishaupt' sets are all my own design, and the 'NeXT' set was taken off the Newcastle Info-server, and altered by myself so that they worked!

  9.     New files may be added by copying them into the Files directory inside the !Tools application. Please send me new sets of tools - the ones I've got are getting boring. :-)

  11.     The application stores which file was last chosen, and loads that set of borders every time the application is booted or run (in exactly the same manner as !SetIcons supplied with RISC-OS 3).

  13.     If you're having trouble with the tabs in this file, expand them as 4-space tabs in !StrongEd. What? You don't have a copy? Oh dear.
