Copies OS X specific folders from one drive to another. Flexible enough to handle both backup and restore. Backup can be placed in a subfolder on the backup volume.
v.52 - added fix_path() function

v.55 - only will create soft links and volumes directory etc. when "all"' is selected
v.57 - added warning to change privilege on destination drive, extended timeout on main copying routines
v.60 - added option for deleting files and set copied folders to replace same named folder on destination drive

v.62 - allow selection of folders other than the default os x folders
v.63 - made sure that folder names with spaces are properly escaped, clarified message relating to deleting of Users folder on destination drive, can now rename an existing Users folder on destination instead of deleting it
