Transcription: After a series of battles, the Macedonian army besieged the city of the Malians. In one of these battles, Alexander was seriously wounded when an arrow pierced his chest. While Alexander was recuperating near the camp by Acheson's river, he received delegates from the rest of the Malians to surrender their country. The same happened with the obsidators. The expedition against the Malians and the obsidators was a success.
