Transcription: In the spring of 326 BC, Alexander crossed the River Indus and headed to Taxila. Taxils welcomed him with great honours and submitted his city to the king. During his stay in Taxila, Alexander received delegations from the neighbour's agents who declared submission to the Macedonian king. In the beginning of summer of 326 BC, Alexander left Taxila and headed towards the river Edathus. Peace.
