Transcription: After Sardis, Alexander went to Ephesus where he reinstated democracy. He also supported back the political exiles. In Ephesus, Alexander made sacrifices in the temple of Artemis and organized a big military parade. Then he sent Alchemakus, son of Agaphocles, with approximately 5,000 men to liberate the Hellenic cities of Asia Minor.
