Transcription: In the Corif assembly, Alexander was recognized as the sovereign of the coalition and the chief general of the war which the Hellenists were preparing against the Persians. Alexander returned to Pella with his troops. He was very content. He had obtained the coalition of the Hellenic cities except Sparta and his expedition had taken the Panhellenic turn he had sought after. Now the only problem he had to resolve was the mutiny of the barbarian tribes at the northern frontiers.
