Transcription: In the summer of 323 BC, Alexander was preparing for the expedition in Arabia. To celebrate, he sacrificed to the gods and then organized a feast. The festivities lasted for three days and Alexander did not get any sleep. On the third day, the Macedonian king became ill. He had a fever and it got worse the next day. In the meanwhile, the ramel of the king was dead, spread within the troops.
