- MR. EDD measures the PACE FACTOR by evaluating the stretch
- run of the last race. In other words if a horse/jockey
- does not set the proper pace for the type of race they are
- running the results will show up in the stretch run.
-
- Grading of pace is based on the number of lengths behind
- winner (last race) and whether the horse was gaining or
- losing ground in the stretch drive.
