  8.             There are many different methods / systems of handicapping
  9.             a thoroughbred horse race. All have the same basic goal in
  10.             mind, Find The Winner(s). The reason for so many different
  11.             methods / systems is because of the many and various
  12.             factors involved.  Leaving the questions of:

  14.                      Which factors should be considered?
  15.                                      and
  16.                      What is their order of importance?
