  6. 1) JenAvaJG Registered User License Agreement from Jenernet Corporation
  7.  
  8. Read carefully the following terms & conditions.  Use of this product
  9. constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your
  10. agreement to abide by them.
  11.  
  12. The software you are using is not freeware or public domain software.
  13. JenAva JG is distributed as shareware.  This means that if you like
  14. the software and actually use the software, you need to pay the
  15. registration fee of US$5.00 per copy.  Payment of the registration
  16. fee enables you to upgrade to the JenAva product for the price of
  17. US$50.00 per copy plus you will be informed of newer versions of
  18. the JenAva JG and be able to retain registered user status for the
  19. newer versions without additional charge except for what it costs
  20. you to download the updated version.

  22. This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Jenernet
  23. Corporation.  By using this package, yo are agreening to be bound
  24. by the terms of this Agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms
  25. of this Agreement and you purchased this package directly from
  26. Jenernet Corporation, you must inform Jenernet Corporation within
  27. twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of this package.  Returns are
  28. subject to a fifty percent (50%) restocking fee.  If you obtained
  29. the software through a reseller, dealer or distributor, consult them
  30. for their return policy.

  32. You, the original purchaser, are granted a nonexclusive license to
  33. use this Software under the terms stated in this Agreement.  This
  34. license allows you to use the software on one computer (i.e., a
  35. single CPU) at the same time.  You may not rent or lease the
  36. Software, but you may transfer it on a permanent basis if the
  37. person receiving it agrees to the terms of the Agreement.  If the
  38. Software is an update, any transfer must include the update and
  39. all prior versions.

  41. THE SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
  42. WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS
  43. AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU.

  45. Jenernet Corporation will not be liable for any special, incidental,
  46. consequential, indirect or similar damages due to the loss of data,
  47. loss of business profits, business interruption or of any other
  48. reason, even if Jenernet Corporation has been advised of the
  49. possibility of such damages.  In no event shall Jenernet Corporation's
  50. liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the license
  51. to use the Software, regardless of the form of the claim.

  53. Consistent with the shareware concept of software distribution, this
  54. package is considered to be user supported.  This means that software
  55. support will be provided by the user community and that support from
  56. Jenernet Corporation may be limited to information that is available
  57. at the company web site.
  58.  
  59. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the
  60. laws of the State of Florida.  Any action or proceeding brought by
  61. either party against the other arising out of or related to the
  62. Agreement shall be brought only in a State or Federal Court of
  63. competent jurisdiction located in Hillsborough County, Florida.  The
  64. parties hereby agree to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

  66. If any provision of this Agreement is found void, invalid or otherwise
  67. unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of this
  68. Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its
  69. terms.

  77. 2) Directions For Creating Backup Installation Diskettes
  78.  a. Go To The Temporary Directory That JenAva Was Installed From
  79.  b. Run DISKS.BAT And Follow The Prompts.  
  80.  
  81. 3) Uninstalling JenAva
  82. a. If the installation files still reside in the temporary directory
  83.    you can uninstall JenAva from the Task bar or From The Control
  84.    Panel Add\Remove Programs Section.
  85. b. If you have removed the installation files from the temporary
  86.    directory and created Backup Installation Diskettes.
  87.    1. Run Setup.exe on JenAva Setup Disk #1 and Select Uninstall.
