  1. Windows 95 HyperTerminal Fonts for Minitel Emulation

  3. The two font files ARIALALT.TTF and ARIALALS.TTF comprise the
  4. "Arial Alternative" font which greatly improves the visual
  5. representation of the Minitel emulation which is part of
  6. HyperTerminal. We recommend installing these font files using
  7. the Fonts Folder if you plan to use Minitel emulation.

  17. HOW TO INSTALL
  18. --------------

  20. 1) Double-click the file MINTEL.EXE. This will cause it to 
  21.    de-compress itself.

  24.     *    CAUTION!  Make sure that you are running this    *
  25.     *    .EXE file in an empty folder or on a blank       *
  26.     *    formatted diskette!                              *

  28.     *    DO NOT run this .EXE file in your \WINDOWS       *
  29.     *    or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder!                       *

  33. 2) Open the Fonts folder (accessible via the Control Panel).
  34.  
  35. 3) On the File menu, choose "Install new font..."
  36.  
  37. 4) Choose the folder from which MINTEL.EXE was run, and 
  38.    select the two fonts in that folder.

  40. 5) Once you have installed the fonts, you can delete the files 
  41.    from the folder that MINTEL.EXE was run.
