  16. Bzip2 compresses files using the Burrows-Wheeler block-sorting text
  17. compression algorithm, and Huffman coding. Compression is generally
  18. considerably better than that achieved by more conventional
  19. LZ77/LZ78-based compressors, and approaches the performance of the
  20. PPM family of statistical compressors.
