  3. This file contains tickets I have closed because I could not reproduce the
  4. problem under beta-12. I can't fix problems I can't reproduce.

  7. Ticket 5 from "Scott J. Ellentuch" <tuc@odin.stormking.com> reported the 
  8. Beta-11 server would not work properly in setting the modes and ownership 
  9. using the upload directive. I could not reproduce this in the Beta-12 server,
  10. so I have closed this ticket.

  12. Ticket 16 from "Scott J. Ellentuch" <tuc@odin.stormking.com> reported the 
  13. Beta-11 server would report any users when invoking ftpwho or ftpcount on 
  14. Linux  1.2.13. I could not reproduce this in the Beta-12 server, so I have 
  15. closed this ticket.

  17. Ticket 17 from klgeddie@magmacom.com (Kevin Geddie) reported problems when 
  18. doing anonymous logins to a BSDI 2.1 machine running the Beta 11 server.
  19. He reported that after login via anonymous, an "ls" would generate a 421
  20. error. I can't reproduce this on the Beta-12 server, so I have closed this 
  21. ticket.

  23. Ticket 30 from alvin@planet.fef.com reported a problem with the virtual 
  24. host support that was resolve in beta-12. This ticket is closed.

  26. Ticket 37 from "Gene Buckle" <geneb@web.wa.net> reports the Beta-11 virual
  27. hosts did not work on SunOS and shadow password support did not work on Linux.
  28. I can't reproduce ether of these problems, so I am closing this ticket.

  30. Ticket 40 from forrie@lotus.com reports that when nodirs is specified, 
  31. directories could still be made if the parent directory mode permitted it. I
  32. can't reproduce this in beta-12, so I am closing this ticket.

  34. Ticket 82 from Jawaid Bazyar <bazyar@hypermall.com> reported a problem in 
  35. beta 10 that related to ACL processing. This bug was fixed in beta-11. 
  36. I have closed the ticket.

  38. Ticket 88 from  sam@amsmagic.com and ticket 217 from bc@dvic6.tnc.org (Bruce
  39. Cheng) reporting a problem that appeared to be related to no having a "-a" in 
  40. the /etc/inetd.conf to cause it to read the ftpaccess. These tickets are 
  41. closed.

  43. Ticket 94 and 95 from tigger2@well.com reported that he can't get the -a 
  44. option to execute in linux. I can't reproduce this problem, so I am closing
  45. this ticket.

  47. Ticket 158 from Peter Bivesand <PetBi@UNIT.LiU.SE> and 212 from 
  48. Gregory Neil Shapiro <gshapiro@WPI.EDU both attempted to build  beta-12
  49. on Digital Unix using "./build osf"  instead of "./build dec". These
  50. are closed.

  52. Ticket 178 from Tim Osburn <osburn@spry.com> appeared to indicate that he did
  53. not do a "./build clean" before doing a "./build sol". In any case, I can't
  54. reproduce the problem he reported with building on Solaris 2.5.1 so I have
  55. closed the ticket.

  57. Ticket 179 from Joseph Arceneaux <jla@arceneaux.com> offered some patches for
  58. beta-11 (not included in his mail), but beta-12 was already released.

  61. Ticket 187 from James Sneeringer <jvs@ocslink.com> said that there was an
  62. error in the pathmsg described in the ftpaccess.5. It is escaped in the
  63. version I have. Perhaps his version of nroff is not processing that like 
  64. mine. In any case, it's not a problem I can reproduce, so I am closing
  65. the ticket.

  67. Ticket 192 from "Alexander V. Lukyanov" <lav@video.yars.free.net> reported
  68. a bug in beta 11 that is fixed in beta 12. He asked that the ticket be
  69. closed and it is.

  71. Ticket 196 from Ko Byung-Ho <go@keunyoung.kye.co.kr> was attempting to use 
  72. the cc that uses the ucb include files on Solaris 2.5 to build wuftpd. After
  73. he discovered he should use the regular includes (via SunPRO C), all compiled
  74. and worked just fine. This ticket is closed.

  76. Ticket 206 from  Stan Pawlukiewicz <stanp@mitre.org> and 207 from 
  77. Joe Johnson <jbj@alpha.hunter1.com> both reported the bug in beta-10 that was 
  78. fixed in beta-12. These tickets are closed.
