  5. The Property Edit app allows users to view and edit property lists in both a browser and text
  6. format.  It will alert the user of syntax errors, display the plist in a tree format, creates
  7. new plist documents guaranteed to be syntax error free, and many ot her features.  Most
  8. features are self explanitory but to get a detailed history of added features please read the
  9. release notes.  These notes were written in rtf format and should be found in a Documentation
  10. subdirectory within the archive.

  12. There is a drag-n-drop feature that works on Mach but for some unknown reason fails on NT.  The
  13. feature allows other files to be opened by dragging their file icon into an open doc's window.
