  1. The Scenario "Mr. Madison's War" Has 6 files, in the archive madison.zip:
  2. 1) madison.scn
  3. 2) revwar.mp
  4. 3) madison.txt
  5. 4) units.gif
  6. 5) rules.txt
  7. 6) readme.1st
  8.  
  9. Unzip these files, (if you're reading this, you must've already), and
  10. move them to the MPS/CIV2 Directory.  Be sure to Backup units.gif and
  11. rules.txt, as this scenario replaces them for extra units, technologies,
  12. and rules.

  16. DECISIVE VICTORY :: Keep all cities and Take All of Canada
