- There are a couple of reasons why one can get an IE.SPC here. Can you tell us
- if there is an entry in the error log?

- The work around is probably to use RX02's with an RXV21 controller. The RX02
- drives can read and write RX01 media.
-
- When using RX02's on 22-bit Q-bus system a special shared region (DYCOM) must
- be installed and loaded in memory below address 760000 in memory to work
- around the 18-bit versus 22-bit issues. Currently there is a problem in the DY:
- driver that the checks that enforce this restriction are incorrect. When DYCOM
- is not loaded in the first 124Kw of memory data corruptions can occur. Once
- that has happened anything is possible. VMR-ing DYCOM with these restrictions
- (considering your configuration) is not "easy". You will probably have to limit
- your SECPOL or move it somewhere else.
