The DECUS C compiler has always been distributed on the DECUS SIGTAPE KIT
in the [5,*] areas. The kit media tened to depend upon your local method
of distribution but was usually 1600 BPI 9 Track magtape.
The last one I saw on a SIGTAPE was RSX89A (I think) but I havn't seen a SIGTAPE
for a few years now.
I have a copy of the kit here, but I would suggest you get together with
a few local DECUS members before going to the cost of having it ported
