  16. We have been considering the implementation of just such a process-reuse
  17. facility for the next release of PMDF. I'm making no promises, but it is
  18. something we're definitely going to consider. Since PMDF already maintains
  19. a process pool via the process symbiont this is easier to do than you migh
  20. think.

  24. P.S. Nevertheless, the comment about replacing the 780 with a workstation
  25.      is well taken. A factor of 30 improvement in performance while cutting
  26.      costs dramatically is nothing to be sneered at.
