- No, this is because PORTIA.CALTECH.EDU has been unable to make a connection to
- the host ORIENT.

- Also, I believe, for technical reasons Valerie Okinawa has gone to great pains
- to force the conversion of source routes to percent hacks on VMS systems at
- Cal Tech. I seem to recall that she had problems with other machines which
- wouldn't accept source routes.
