  13. Journal, formerly of the DECUS Newsletters.

  16. group is created across the net, this message will arrive to announce to
  17. the public what the group is. The moderator will probably wait a bit to let
  18. the group propagate before she posts administrative info. Once you've read
  19. this message once, feel free to skip it.

  24. DECUServe moderated conferencing system. The DECUServe Journal was formerly
  25. published in the DECUS Newsletters, now defunct. The moderator will post
  26. more info as the group begins operation in earnest.

  30. to the nature of this group, I don't know whether postings submitted from
