  16. o This Wednesday, November 11, Robert Hubbard will give a talk on coherent
  17.   oscillations in cortical neuronal activity and their possible use in
  18.   linking and segmenting the representations of parts of visual images.
  19.   Relevant papers are: "Coherent Oscillations: A Mechanism of Feature
  20.   Linking in the Visual Cortex?" by Eckhorn, Bauer, Jordan, Brosch, Kruse,
  21.   Munk, and Reitboeck, "Feature Linking via Synchronization among
  22.   Distributed Assemblies: Simulations of Results from Cat Visual Cortex"
  23.   by Eckhorn, Reitboeck, Arndt, and Dicke, and "Learning to Segment Images
