  11. There is a service in Raleigh, NC where video conversion from any country format
  12. to any format can be made (VHS, VHS-C and 8 mm types of cassettes).
  13. This will allow playback of videotapes made overseas, here on U.S. TV's and VCR's
  14. (NTSC System). The service will also convert the other way around, from
  15. U.S. system to any of the systems used anywhere else in the world (PAL,
  16. SECAM, etc..)
