- After a good rain storm, the static is so high on the upper channels that
- the descrambling looses lock, and the stations go to 'black'.
- But even if its not raining it can take 20 seconds to aquire a station
- as you are flipping around. Sometimes this requires going to an adjacent
- station, aquiring lock, then returning to your choice.
