- I fully agree with you. I personally have had no problems with the services
- offered by Bell Canada or the rates they charge. I will be sticking with Bell
- for long distance.

- What I do find utterly amazing is you cliam to have gotten great service from
- Bell. I have had about 15 phone lines installed in the various places I have
- lived in Toronto for the past 4-5 years. Getting Bell to do something right the
- first time is an total impossiblity (for me anyway). I can remember may phone
- calls to 611 because my phone wasn't installed (they screwed up), wasn't
- working, etc. Just 2 months ago I have a new line installed. It seems their
- computer forgot about it because I was still getting billed for the old number.
- Anyways, enough flaming Bell.

- I like Bells services and don't mind the rates. I agree, we anjoy the
- convenience of not having to pay for every single phone call. However, I wish
- some one would teach Bell about customer service.
