  20.    No kidding.  I don't ring up much LD voice, and zswamp makes a call only 
  21. during the lowest price time window for that call.  Most often it calls 
  22. between Toronto and Kitchener, which I believe is still less than 20 cents per 
  23. minute.  zswamp is no better off if it can call after 5 PM in stead of waiting 
  24. for 11 PM, and I don't make 'prime time' long distance calls from home.  
  25. Unitel is therefore no bargain for zswamp, nor likely for me.
