  15.                Most ALL war$ are ARTIFICIALLY CONTRIVED by 3RD PARTIES 
  16.           (usually agents of the international banker$, THE MONEY 
  17.           CHANGER$), for HIDDEN PURPOSES.

  19.                In 1980, the CIA paid Saddam Hussein $8 BILLION in GOLD 
  20.           as a BRIBE to attack Iran, [10-16-80 "WISCONSIN REPORT" (WR), 
  21.           P.O. Box 45, Brookfield, WI  53005.  Back-issues might still 
  22.           be available.].  (It was part of the gold which had been 
  23.           taken out of Fort Knox several years before, IN U.S. ARMY 
  24.           TRUCKS, under cover of the "London Gold Pool Agreement".  The 
  25.           transfer was made in a secret underground warehouse in 
  26.           Zurich.).  BIG OIL wanted to get back control of the Iranian 
  27.           oil fields.  Iraq's economic problems resulting from that war 
  28.           were a primary inducement for invading Kuwait.  Or was Saddam 
  29.           Hussein bribed AGAIN?!

  31.                Consider who benefited, or could benefit, from the 
  32.           recent Iraq war: BIG OIL, the Pentagon, the military 
  33.           industry, the ZIONIST State of Israel, the international 
  34.           bankers?

  36.                In 1977, the CIA used MIND-CONTROL techniques to induce 
  37.           Egyptian President Anwar Sadat to go to Israel for so-called 
  38.           "peace" talks, which he NEVER would have done otherwise.  (It 
  39.           was intended to start a Middle East WAR by breaking the 
  40.           resulting treaty.), [2-2-78 WR].  Similar MIND-CONTROL 
  41.           techniques have been used to create ASSASSINS, such as John 
  42.           Chapman (to stop John Lennon from writing more peace music), 
  43.           [1-29-81 WR], and John Hinckley (a ZIONIST faction in the CIA 
  44.           preferred the Bush image in place of the Reagon image; the 
  45.           bullet that hit Reagon did NOT come from Hinckley's gun!), 
  46.           [4-9-81 WR].  Was MIND-CONTROL used to induce Saddam Hussein 
  47.           to invade Kuwait, and commit certain related acts and 
  48.           atrocities?!

  50.                Since early 1979, there has been a secret intelligence 
  51.           war of DOUBLES, [WR, 5-10-79 and following issues], in the 
  52.           United States, Russia, the Middle East, and elsewhere, making 
  53.           it difficult to tell WHO (including Saddam Hussein?!) is 
  54.           REAL.

  56.                Even World War II was fought over Saudi Arabian oil, [5-
  57.           16-85 WR].  It was a giant EXTORTION PLOT to help the 
  58.           Rockefeller oil cartel to take Saudi Arabian oil rights away 
  59.           from the British by using their multi-national corporate 
  60.           power to create Nazi Germany as a threat until the British 
  61.           gave in.  (This was also the purpose of World War I, but the 
  62.           British later used bureaucratic tactics to deny BIG OIL's 
  63.           access to Saudi Arabia.)  A secondary purpose was to prevent 
  64.           the Japanese from developing oil fields they controlled in 
  65.           China.  Internal manipulation (including instigation by the 
  66.           Rockefellers' "INSTITUTE OF PACIFIC RELATIONS"), boycott 
  67.           tactics, etc., induced the Japanese to attack Pearl Harbor, 
  68.           bringing the United States into the war against Germany.  
  69.           [Note that warnings about the attack were ignored 
  70.           (SUPPRESSED), and ALL THREE U.S. aircraft carriers were kept 
  71.           safely away from Pearl Harbor because they were needed for 
  72.           the PLANNED counter-attack against Japan.]

  74.                The MILITARY PURPOSE of the mass-MURDER at Jonestown, 
  75.           Guyana in 1978 was to allow the United States and Israel to 
  76.           gain MILITARY ACCESS to that country to wipe-out a secret 
  77.           Russian missile base located mid-way between Jonestown and 
  78.           Georgetown, [12-14-78 WR].

  80.                The articles cited above were written by the late Dr. 
  81.           Peter David Beter, a well respected Washington, DC attorney, 
  82.           Doctor of Jurisprudence, and expert and consultant in 
  83.           international law, finance, and intelligence, who received 
  84.           much of his information from many associates in the CIA and 
  85.           other intelligence groups of other countries who disapproved 
  86.           of many of the things happening or being planned behind the 
  87.           scenes.

  90.                The "volcanic" disaster in Cameroon, Africa in August 
  91.           1986, which killed 1,700 people there, was really a NEUTRON 
  92.           BOMB, tested BY ISRAEL for the United States, [4-14-87 
  93.           "National Examiner"].  (Note that the volcanic lake was 
  94.           completely IN-active long before the disaster, and has been 
  95.           completely IN-active ever since.)

  97.                "Global 2000" is an international CON$PIRACY to WIPE-OUT 
  98.           most of the world's population by the YEAR 2000 by means of 
  99.           war$, famine (via weather control), disease (including 
  100.           GENETICALLY-ENGINEERED A.I.D.S.), slow-motion food poisoning 
  101.           (additives, pesticides, etc.), drugs (including tobacco and 
  102.           alcohol), violent crime (induced by poverty, drug addiction, 
  103.           TV violence, etc.), accidents (unsafe products), suppression 
  104.           of natural health remedies (including those against CANCER), 
  105.           infant formula samples given to 3rd-world mothers (mixed with 
  106.           filthy water; breasts dry up while using sample, cannot 
  107.           afford to buy more), etc., ETC., for POPULATION CONTROL.  
  108.           [And the Catholic Church is making this WORSE by banning use 
  109.           of artificial birth-control methods among its many members 
  110.           WORLDWIDE.].

  113.                WAR$ AND ATROCITIES WILL CONTINUE as long as most people 
  114.           remain ignorant of their TRUE CAUSES (who REALLY creates 
  115.           them, HOW, and WHY).

  121.                I wish to give some additional information supporting 
  122.           Dr. Beter's credibility, and that of his informers. 
  123.     
  124.                Dr. Beter predicted the bombing of the Marines in Beirut 
  125.           A FULL YEAR BEFORE IT HAPPENED.  He warned that the U.S. 
  126.           Pentagon and the Israeli Mossad were CONSPIRING to 
  127.           DELIBERATELY ARRANGE IT in order to try to get Americans 
  128.           angry at the Arabs.  (It was NO SURPRISE to me when it 
  129.           happened!)

  131.                Dr. Beter predicted the assassination of Anwar Saddat 
  132.           SIX DAYS BEFORE IT HAPPENED.

  134.                Dr. Beter predicted what he called the "RETIREMENT" of 
  135.           Leonid Brezhnev ONE WEEK BEFORE Brezhnev "died".  [Note that 
  136.           the word "retirement" was used for the TERMINATION OF 
  137.           REPLICANTS in the 1982 movie "Blade Runner".]  He also 
  138.           predicted that Brezhnev would be quickly replaced with 
  139.           Andropov, which occurred ONLY THREE DAYS after the "death" of 
  140.           Brezhnev, to the SURPRISE of all government and media 
  141.           analysts.

  144.           "conspiracy".  That is what the various government, military, 
  145.           political, media, banking, and corporate CONSPIRATORS have 
  146.           successfully PROGRAMMED most of us to do. ]
