  12. Our local paper recently had a "Murphy's Law" contest, 
  13. where people write in with wacky laws they've come up
  14. with.  Last year's winner was something like "Food
  15. prices at restaurants vary inversely with the amount
  16. of lighting" or something like that.  This year I was
  17. tempted to enter one that I came up with which states:

  19.   Schnitzius's Law of Originality:
  20.     Someone already invented it.

  22. Except I was afraid that this might already be Jones's
  23. Law, or Baker's Law, or something like that.
