- Women choose stalls this way:

- - If all stalls are empty, choose your "favorite" stall. This
- stall is usually at the end of a row, the larger handicapped
- stall, or otherwise more desirable than the other(s).

- - If some stalls are occupied, choose a stall not next to any
- occupied stall.

- - If that is impossible, fill stalls from the restroom door in.

- I can't speak about men's behavior. Perhaps a men's room
- observer could let me know if stall-filling behavior is
