  24. Ah.  I see what you mean.  I have (um) receded to annual haircuts.  It helps
  25. that I am almost bald, I suppose.  Once a year, usually about the beginning
  26. of what passes for summer here, I have it shaved.  The beard is annual too.  
  27. I start that in August and shave it off at Easter.  Generations of students 
  28. on the one-year MSc course think that I have decided to shave my beard and   /
  29. let my hair (the one that starts at the front and is combed back over the   /
  30. top of my head) down just for their edification.  Egghead, egad.  Heh.     / g
