  41. traveling to conferences, giving colloquiums, taking sabbaticals,
  42. etc., and might find ourselves on one of you'uns's [as they sometimes say in
  43. Pittsburgh; down here we sometimes say y'all's] campuses.  To know that I might
  44. bump into a weirdo like rocker or Scott or Keith Cochran  on one of 
  45. these visits is not the best feeling in the world.  Or even one of the 
  46. halfway tolerable ones.
