  20. Not at all.  After reading P.J.'s book, you probably know more about
  21. U.S. civics than most Americans.  I had my son read my copy  and he 
  22. has been giving his U.S. Civics teacher fits.  "Parliament of Whores"
  23. should become required reading in High School.
