  28. never made this argument.  For the last time, STOP assigning this 
  29. argument to me.

  39. the 21st week of pregnancy.  Viability starts around the
  40. 22nd to 23rd week of pregnancy.  Many of these children are
  41. killed because they're handicapped or because they're mentally 
  42. retarded.
