  29. Some homeowners in the Miami area found this out after Andrew.  They used 
  30. storm damage as a reason to cut mangroves down.  They are required to 
  31. replant those trees, because that was illegal.  Mangroves are very 
  32. important to the ecology of the area for fish and shellfish breeding.  So 
  33. beware when you cut down that tree Doug.  It might not be legal for you to 
  34. destroy the tree.
