  20. Read what the American Journal of Public Health ("Iraqi Children Lose in Gulf 
  21. War", Nov. 1992, page 20) has to say about his policies and how they have 
  22. caused the deaths of about 50,000 infants and young children:

  25.     the Gulf war and the economic embargo to Iraq is estimated to have cause  
  26.     a threefold increase in mortality among Iraqi children under five years of 
  27.     age, a new study indicated.

  30.     as a result of the Gulf was, said a study appearing in the New England
