  40. thank you for the wonderful concession you have agreed to make
  41. toward them.  We are humbled in your presence and these small
  42. tidbits you choose to throw thier way are way generous.  We
  43. know how hard it is for you to make these wonderful concessions,
  44. and I sure hope women show you the proper gratitude.
