- The FOCA would supposedly permit the states to place restrictions
- on abortion after viability[1]. If a person supports the FOCA, then
- they would be implicitly acquiesing to the restrictions that many states
- would inevitably impose on abortion. James Keegan has disqualified anyone
- from using the "pro-choice" label if they do not oppose all restrictions
- on abortion. It seems to me that James Keegan should disqualify anyone
- from using the "pro-choice" label if they support the FOCA, since this
- legislation would supposedly allow restrictions on abortion.
