  11. The FOCA would supposedly permit the states to place restrictions
  12. on abortion after viability[1].  If a person supports the FOCA, then
  13. they would be implicitly acquiesing to the restrictions that many states 
  14. would inevitably impose on abortion.  James Keegan has disqualified anyone 
  15. from using the "pro-choice" label if they do not oppose all restrictions
  16. on abortion. It seems to me that James Keegan should disqualify anyone 
  17. from using the "pro-choice" label if they support the FOCA, since this
  18. legislation would supposedly allow restrictions on abortion.
