  15. Is there any one out there from VPL ?
  16. We have one of your data gloves (Dataglove 2) which currently
  17. has a problem with one of its joint sensors, we are in the middle 
  18. of experiments so don't have the time to send it back to you, can you suggest
  19. any simple checks we could make ?
