  16. Dumping it on Luna leaves real estate contimated, and the
  17. radioactives unrecoverable (they'll mostly vaporize when they
  18. hit and come back down as dust). Soft landing it on Luna adds
  19. enormously to the cost.

  22. to terraform Venus a miserable few billion Curies of well
  23. dispersed radioactivity will be a trivial consideration.
