- Dumping it on Luna leaves real estate contimated, and the
- radioactives unrecoverable (they'll mostly vaporize when they
- hit and come back down as dust). Soft landing it on Luna adds
- enormously to the cost.

- to terraform Venus a miserable few billion Curies of well
- dispersed radioactivity will be a trivial consideration.
