  29. Actually, I was rather amused that Derek had shown his colossal ignorance of
  30. yet another field.  Failure to take insulin can lead to degradation of vision.
  31. If the insulin dose had been high enough to affect my vision, I would've been
  32. incapable of typing anything, since I would've been unconscious or dead.  By
  33. the way, I visited an opthalmologist yesterday and there's no evidence of
  34. retinal damage.
