  12. We've been unable to send requests to cond_mat or hep at babbage.sissa.it
  13. or at xxx.lanl.gov, nor have we received any abstracts in the last week.

  15. Messages sent to these mail servers are returned with an error concerning
  16. inability to fork, suggesting that the process table is full, yet people
  17. _seem_ to be logged in to the system.  (Note that mail sent to Los Alamos
  18. is forwarded to Babbage).

  21. could she please let us know when the service will be available again?
